Situated on just over 38 acres, Pony Tail Acres is expanding into that facility that you will never want to leave. Ashley purchased this property at the end of September 2010 and we continue to rapidly build and improve it. Here’s what we either currently have and we’ll update it as we continue to expand:
- Centaur horse safe fencing
- 250 x 150 outdoor lit riding arena with footing, drains, and automated sprinkler system
- Full set of stadium jumps in arena
- Galloping field with schooling cross country jumps
- 2 grooming racks with 3 additional cross tie areas in the aisle
- 2 hot/cold wash racks
- 12 Horse Stalls / 3 12×16 oversized stall – all with fans provided (Matted stalls can be provided for a $200 non-refundable deposit)
- Spacious tack room with individual lockers in coded tack room
- Hacking space on property and locally nearby at Stout Park (Cobb Co)
- Laundry facilities
- Lounge with full bath, shower, and kitchen

- Owner & Property Manager Live On Site
- On-staff trainer for lessons and training. On-site clinics with top trainers throughout the year.
